Big Day: Amanda and Brian

I’m so excited to share Amanda and Brian’s wedding with you. I’ve known Amanda since high school and met Brian when I did their engagement session last December in Bloomington, IN. Few couples balance each other out the way these two do and everyone that knows them can see it. It’s obvious how happy they are together from the first minute you meet them (I love that). On top of that, they are one seriously hot couple. I mean SERIOUSLY! Look at them! Amanda is a knockout and Brian cleans up pretty well himself. :-)

While the Ceremony was at St. Martin de Porres in Poughkeepsie, NY, the reception took place at Grandview Events right on the Hudson. Family and friends came from all over (I think the two furthest travelers came from Thailand and Portugal) to see Amanda and Brian get married and share in their day. Everything was simply beautiful. Even the weather was perfect and that’s saying something since they had to deal with Hurricane Sandy and a nor’easter in the weeks leading up to the big day!

I really had a wonderful time working with Amanda and Brian and all of their friends and family. They truly made me and my friend (and wedding day assistant), Gloria, feel especially welcome. From getting ready in the morning to dancing, eating, and celebrating through out the night, it was an awesome day to be a part of. Thank you and congratulations, Amanda and Brian!
