Big Day: Gwyneth and Charles

I’ve known Gwyneth since I was three years old and she was seven. Even though we’ve lived about 600 miles apart for the last twelve years, our families are still very close. Every time we get the opportunity to see each other again, we are all able to just pick up where we left off. I met Charles last year and I have to say that I think Charles and Gwyneth are a perfect pair. They really do bring out the best in each other. So when Gwyneth told me she was engaged and wanted me to photograph her wedding, I was THRILLED. Not only was I excited to go back ‘home’ to Maryland, but I was also honored that Gwyneth would want me to be a part of their wedding. It was like photographing an older sister’s wedding!

Anyway, the day before the wedding, Gwyneth and Charles took me around DC to take some wedding portraits. You HAVE to check out Gwyneth’s dress in these photos… she bought it at a vintage shop for $11!!!! How insane is that?! And with Charles in his incredibly dapper suit, they made quite the lovely pair. So go ahead and let them know how good they look!! :-)
